Main Housing Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a matte finish, the housing not only delivers excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (-40℃~85℃) and impact but also effectively withstands oil contamination and chemical corrosion in industrial environments. It maintains structural stability without yellowing or deformation during long-term use. Mounting Components Panel mounting nuts are made of nickel-plated brass, featuring high thread precision and superior rust resistance. The gasket in contact with the panel is crafted from silicone, ensuring installation sealing while preventing scratches on the panel caused by metal nuts. Metal inserts are integrated into key areas of the mating end to enhance durability during repeated mating cycles and prevent wear of plastic components. Mounting Compatibility Supports two application scenarios: "front-panel mating" and "rear-panel mating". The mating end enables 360° free docking without the need for deliberate angle alignment, adapting to complex wiring environments inside equipment. Sufficient space is reserved around the mounting holes for flexible installation.

Install with moderate force, use special tools to tighten the nuts, avoid excessive force that causes the shell to deform or the pins to bend. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged.

Do not power on when not locked. To prevent arcing due to poor contact, the shell protection grade is IP67 and IP68.

Plug connectors for use in water are not suitable. When used outdoors, the plug connector must be separately protected against corrosion. For further information on IP protection grades, please refer to "Technical Information".
