Main Housing: Manufactured from nickel-plated brass with a matte finish, the housing exhibits excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (-40℃~85℃) and impact. It effectively withstands oil contamination and chemical corrosion in industrial environments, maintaining structural stability without yellowing or deformation during long-term use. Mounting Components: The panel fixing nuts are constructed from nickel-plated brass, featuring high thread precision and superior rust resistance. The gasket in contact with the panel is made of silicone, ensuring installation tightness while preventing scratches on the panel surface caused by metal nuts. Metal inserts are integrated into key areas of the mating end to enhance durability during repeated insertion/extraction and avoid wear of the plastic material. Mounting Compatibility: Supports two operating scenarios: "front-panel mating" and "rear-panel mating". The mating end enables 360° free alignment without the need for precise angular positioning, adapting to complex wiring environments inside equipment. Sufficient space is reserved around the mounting holes to facilitate flexible installation.
