A front-panel lock screw is paired to enhance stability. The panel opening size is matched to the corresponding mounting thread, which can prevent loosening caused by equipment vibration.
Material Selection:The contacts are mostly made of copper alloy with gold plating on the surface, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The shell is mainly made of nickel-plated brass, balancing mechanical strength and oxidation resistance.
Environmental and Mechanical Performance:The protection class reaches IP67 in most cases, providing effective dustproof and waterproof performance, and is suitable for dusty and humid industrial environments. The operating temperature range is generally -40℃ ~ 85℃.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.

When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
