Panel Mount Soldering Type
Insulator: Mainly made of PA9T material, it features excellent insulation and mechanical strength, and can withstand minor collisions and abrasions in industrial scenarios.
Contact Terminals: Adopt gold-plated copper material, which not only ensures superior electrical conductivity but also enhances oxidation and wear resistance, extending the service life.
Nuts/Screws: Mostly constructed from nickel-plated copper material, effectively balancing electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Sealing Gasket: Integrated with the overall structural design to achieve IP67 protection rating, ideal for harsh environments with humidity and dust.
Misinsertion Prevention & Stable Installation: The A-coding design enables precise mating with plugs of the same code, avoiding equipment malfunctions caused by misconnection of connectors with different specifications. It adopts rear-locking or panel mount methods, combined with screw fixation, ensuring a firm structure after installation and resistance to vibration during the operation of industrial equipment.
Compact Space Adaptation: As a small-sized circular connector, it has a compact volume with a typical mounting hole size of approximately φ5.1, making it particularly suitable for space-constrained installation scenarios such as industrial automation equipment and precision instruments.
Versatile Scenario Compatibility: The non-shielded design is applicable to conventional industrial environments. The soldering connection method ensures stable connectivity, reduces poor contact issues, and meets the operational requirements of long-term running equipment.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
