Available Pin Counts: 3P, 4P
Type: Female
Applications: Power, Signal Transmission
The M5 circular connector is a male upright terminal type, supporting 3-4 core soldering connections, and complies with the IEC 61076-2-105 standard. The product's protection level reaches IP67/IP68 (in the locked state), has excellent dust and water resistance, and is suitable for complex working conditions. The electrical performance is reliable: the contact resistance is low and stable, ensuring efficient signal transmission; the insulation resistance is ≥ 100 mΩ, effectively preventing short circuits and enhancing the reliability of system operation; it has undergone strict voltage withstand tests and can work safely at a rated voltage of 60V, avoiding equipment damage due to overvoltage. The rated current is 1A, and it is compatible with the maximum 0.14mm² (26AWG) wire gauge.
The product housing is made of nickel-plated brass, the female terminal socket is made of gold-plated copper, and the insulator is made of environmentally friendly special material. Through optimized structural design, it effectively enhances the anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) capability and reduces the impact of external interference on signal transmission. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃, capable of adapting to various extreme environments; it adopts a threaded locking structure, ensuring a secure connection without loosening, with a connection cycle of > 500 times, and can be stably applied in dusty, humid, and other harsh industrial scenarios.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
