All-Metal Elbow Assembly Type:
Housing Material: High-quality nickel-plated zinc alloy is adopted, featuring exceptional corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance. It can withstand erosion from harsh industrial environments such as oil contamination, salt spray, and dust, and is not prone to rust or deformation during long-term use. Overall Design: Adopts a 90° right-angle elbow structure, with the main body and tailpipe arranged vertically. This completely solves the installation inconvenience of traditional straight connectors in confined spaces (e.g., equipment corners, dense wiring areas). Mounting Methods: Supports two installation modes: panel mounting and cable-to-cable connection. Panel Mounting: Compatible with 16mm standard mounting holes, fixed from the inner side of the panel via a metal locknut. It provides strong fixing force and is not easy to loosen even under equipment vibration. Cable-to-Cable Connection: The elbow structure allows cables to be routed horizontally, avoiding excessive bending that may damage internal conductors.

Do not power on when not locked. To prevent arcing due to poor contact, the shell protection grade is IP67 and IP68.
