Safety Tips
 
The connector must not be unplugged or plugged in under load. Failure to comply and improper use can cause personal injury.
The connector was developed for application in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction.
Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages of electric shock can only be installed and used by personnel trained in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while considering applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate safety precautions to ensure that the connector does not accidentally disconnect.
Install with moderate force, use special tools to tighten the nuts, avoid excessive force that causes the shell to deform or the pins to bend. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged.
Do not power on when not locked. To prevent arcing due to poor contact, the shell protection grade is IP67 and IP68.
Plug connectors for use in water are not suitable. When used outdoors, the plug connector must be separately protected against corrosion. For further information on IP protection grades, please refer to "Technical Information".
