Installation with shielding cover behind the board:
High-speed transmission performance: Supports a 10Gbps rate and Cat6A standard, with a characteristic impedance of 100Ω. The differential pair design ensures an error rate of less than 10⁻⁹. It is compatible with industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP and other high-frequency protocols. Full-link shielding immunity: Uses a 360° metal shielding cover with brass nickel plating. The shielding efficiency is ≥ 85dB (attenuation ≥ 80dB at 1GHz), the shielding layer is reliably grounded through crimping clips / grounding tabs, and the shielding resistance is ≤ 50mΩ. Reliable protection and mechanical properties: IP67 sealed (fluorine rubber sealing ring), tolerant to -40°C to +85°C wide temperature range, anti-vibration (IEC 60068-2-6), anti-shock, threaded locking (rated torque approximately 1.0N・m) anti-loosening, suitable for frequent plugging and unplugging and long-term outdoor / industrial environments. Advantages of installation behind the board: Fixed from the inner side of the equipment panel, only the M12 threaded interface is exposed on the front, saving space and protecting the welding / wiring terminals, compatible with 4-12mm outer diameter cables, supporting two connection methods of 8-core soldering wire / crimping, after installation, the appearance is neat and maintenance is convenient.

When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact. 

The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
