Core Count: 3P, 4P, 5P
Category:Male
Connection method:Panel-type
Applications: Power, Signal
Panel-mounted plug-in type:
Structural design: Usually equipped with threaded interfaces, flanges and locking nuts. During installation, it is inserted from the front side of the panel and fixed by a nut; the terminals are in the form of cylindrical feet or custom bends, which can be directly inserted into the solder pads of the PCB board and welded for fixation. Some are equipped with O-rings to enhance the sealing effect. There are also anti-misinsertion codes to prevent incorrect connections and short circuits. Installation and maintenance are efficient: No need to disassemble the equipment casing. During later maintenance, it can be operated directly from the outside of the panel, significantly improving maintenance efficiency. It is suitable for control cabinets, distribution boxes and other equipment that are not convenient to disassemble the casing. Connection is stable and anti-interference: The terminals are welded on the PCB board to form a stable connection. Combined with the anti-vibration spring design of the casing, it can withstand the vibration during equipment operation and avoid terminal displacement or loosening. The majority of products have an IP67 protection level. Combined with oil-resistant and UV-resistant materials, it can cope with harsh environments in industrial settings such as dust, oil stains, and humidity. After being soaked in cutting oil, it is not prone to cracking or swelling. Some metal casing models can also be adapted to coastal high-salt spray environments.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
