Straight screw-type plastic:
It adopts a 180° straight design, with the cables and plugs arranged in a straight line. It can be laid along the surface of the equipment without any bending, thus avoiding conductor breakage caused by bending. The lifespan of the cable bending is several times longer than that of non-straight wiring. Axial insertion and removal only require a 15 - 20mm space to be reserved, and it can be operated with one hand. It is particularly suitable for open areas such as control cabinet panels, sensor backsides, and outdoor energy storage cabinets tops, significantly reducing the space cost for wiring and plugging. The core uses screw compression connection technology, without the need for welding or special tools. An average person can complete the assembly within 10 minutes. If there is a connection error, the screws can be unscrewed for reoperation, avoiding the total waste of traditional one-piece molded connectors. It is compatible with 0.75 - 2.5mm² wires. When replacing the cable, only the corresponding cable fixing sleeve needs to be replaced, without the need for a complete set replacement. The inventory variety can be reduced by 60%, and it can significantly shorten the equipment downtime during small batch modifications or emergency repairs. It covers all codes A/B/D/K/S/T/X, suitable for different transmission requirements such as signals, power, and high-speed data. For example, the X code supports 10Gbps high-speed Ethernet transmission, suitable for machine vision equipment; the K code is suitable for AC power transmission, and can simultaneously transmit control signals and power. The full metal shell forms 360° electromagnetic shielding, with a shielding attenuation of ≥80dB, which can isolate electromagnetic interference generated by workshop motors and frequency converters, ensuring stable signal and power transmission.

The connector must not be plugged or unplugged under load. Failure to follow the instructions and improper use can result in personal injury.
The development of the connector is aimed at being applied in factory engineering, control and electrical equipment construction. Users are responsible for checking whether the connector can also be used in other applications.
Connectors used in circuits with dangerous voltages that cause electric shock must be installed and used only by personnel who have received training in electrical engineering, or under their supervision, while taking into account the applicable regulations and standards.
Users must take appropriate security measures to ensure that the connectors do not accidentally disconnect.
When installing, apply moderate force and use the special tool to tighten the nuts. Avoid excessive force to prevent the shell from deforming or the pins from bending. Ensure that the plug and socket are fully engaged. Do not power on the device when not locked in place to prevent arc discharge due to poor contact.
The plug connectors with an enclosure protection rating of IP67 and IP68 are not suitable for use in water. When used outdoors, the plug connectors must be protected against corrosion separately. For further information on IP protection ratings, please refer to "Technical Information".
