Protective performance
The entire series is equipped with IP67 high-level protection grade, enabling dust and water resistance. The assembled stainless steel shell model can be upgraded to IP68, suitable for extreme scenarios such as deep-sea exploration and long-term outdoor immersion; the pre-cast cable type is further enhanced through an integrated injection molding process, strengthening the sealing performance and resisting industrial oil pollution and sand dust invasion.
Mechanical properties
All adopt a threaded locking structure. The anti-loosening design can withstand high-frequency vibration scenarios such as those in rail transportation and construction machinery. The pins/sockets adopt an elastic contact design, with a plug-in and unplugging life exceeding 500 times. The panel-mounted type additionally supports both flange and welding plate installation methods, enhancing the firmness of equipment integration.
Electrical performance
Rated voltage: 400V - 500V; Rated current: 5A - 10A; Insulation resistance: ≥ 100MΩ. It meets the requirements for industrial automation signal transmission and power supply for new energy power equipment. Pre-cast cable type is available with shielded cable option, providing better anti-electromagnetic interference performance and suitable for precision equipment such as PLC control cabinets and servo drives.
