The Octopusconn M12 connector is centered around a 12mm standardized thread design, adhering to the IEC 61076 series international standards and RoHS, CE certifications. It integrates A/B/D/K/S/T/X full-scenario coding and is specifically designed for stable connection hubs in industrial harsh environments. The product features a PA9T reinforced housing, gold-plated copper contacts, and PVC high-temperature resistant insulation layer. It has an IP67/IP68 high protection level, capable of withstanding a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, resisting vibration, oil stains, salt fog and other harsh conditions. The contact resistance is ≤ 3mΩ, the plug-in and unplugging life exceeds 500 times, and under a 10G acceleration vibration, the locking force attenuation rate is ≤ 8%, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
