Precision processing technology of connectors

  • CNC precision processing: Tolerance control of ±0.01mm, ensuring the assembly accuracy of the connector
  • Pressing and forming: Processed by high-speed press machine. The flatness of the terminals is ≤ 0.02mm.
  • Surface treatment: Gold plating / Tin plating / Nickel plating, thickness ranging from 0.76 to 5 μm, enhancing conductivity and corrosion resistance
  • Injection molding: Precision mold injection. The plastic parts are free of burrs and shrinkage, and the sealing performance meets the standards.
  • Assembly and Testing: Fully automated assembly line with 100% continuity, insulation and insertion/extraction force testing.

Cable component processing technology

  • Fully automatic cutting: Length error ±0.5mm, suitable for installation of various precision equipment
  • Precision crimping: Terminal crimping force ≥ 50N, contact resistance ≤ 5mΩ, stable electrical transmission

A:We can provide 2D/3D drawings, physical samples, detailed technical parameters (such as current/voltage/protective grade/number of cores), product usage environment, installation requirements, etc. If there are no relevant materials, we can directly provide a description of the requirements. The engineer will then communicate and coordinate the design on a one-to-one basis.

QWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

A:Sample customization has no minimum order quantity (samples can be made for orders ranging from 1 to 10 pieces); for small batch customization, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. For large-scale production, the order quantity can be adjusted according to customer needs. Long-term cooperation customers can enjoy more flexible order quantity policies.

QWhat is the warranty period for the customized products and does it offer after-sales support?

A:All custom-made products come with a 12-month free warranty period. During the warranty period, any quality issues that are not caused by human error will be repaired or replaced free of charge. At the same time, we provide lifetime technical support for all customers to promptly solve various problems arising during the use of the products.
