Never use tools to pry the connector apart, as this can damage the housing, threads or internal contact pins.
Hot-plugging (while powered) causes electrical arcing that erodes contact components and reduces connection reliability.
Prevent excessive bending of the cable at the connector interface to avoid internal wire breakage or insulation damage.
Maintenance Note: Inspect contact pins for wear, corrosion or deformation after every 100 plug/unplug cycles. Replace damaged connectors immediately to prevent system failure in critical applications.
