Daily Maintenance Key Points

Core Daily Operations

  • Power Off Before Operation: Always disconnect power before plugging/unplugging to avoid electrical hazards and arc damage
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep connector surfaces free from dust, oil and moisture to prevent contact failure
  • Cable Protection: Avoid pulling or bending cables to prevent strain relief failure and internal wire damage

Periodic Inspection (Monthly to Quarterly)

Thread Lock Check

Inspect threaded locking status and retighten to rated torque (60 cNm) if loose; check anti-loosening structures for damage.

Electrical Testing

Measure insulation resistance (≥100MΩ at 500V) and contact continuity to ensure electrical performance meets specifications.

Seal & Strain Relief Check

Inspect seal rings for wear/cracks and cable tail clamps for secure fixation; replace damaged components immediately.

Cleaning & Replacement

Clean housing and contact pins with anhydrous ethanol; replace aged parts (seal rings, springs) to maintain reliability.

Technical Note: For connectors in harsh environments (high humidity/corrosion), shorten inspection intervals to monthly and keep maintenance records for traceability.
