Choose the 90° angled M9 connector to reduce the bending stress at the cable connection end, avoid excessive bending of the cable at the solder/crimp point, and reduce damage risk.
Use cable clips to fix the cable at the connector tail after wiring, transfer the external bending stress to the fixed position, and avoid stress directly acting on the solder/crimp points causing falling off.
Replace ordinary PVC cables with PU/TPU high-flexibility cables, which have better anti-fatigue and bending resistance, significantly improving the overall bending service life of the connection assembly.
Technical Note: The bending resistance life is tested under standard industrial conditions; the actual service life will be affected by bending angle, frequency and cable material. The combination of the three measures can increase the bending resistance life of M9 connectors by 2~3 times.
